Hu-Friedy offers turnkey sharpening, repair and reconditioning services onsite, provided by a dedicated group of skilled technicians. This group possesses over 200 years of combined instrument knowledge and can manage a wide range of repairs and refurbishing needs.

*All Non-Hu-Friedy instruments will be returned at the office's expense.
Replacement parts are not sold separately. In order to properly perform the required service, we request that the entire instrument, including all components/parts, be sent to our facility
Please sterilize all instruments prior to sending in for repair or sharpening. Please send all items in a puncture-proof package and send by traceable means in case of loss during shipment.

Product Quality Guarantee
Any Hu-Friedy product that fails as a result of a defect in materials or poor workmanship will either be repaired or replaced, at Hu-Friedy’s sole option, at no charge. Hu-Friedy is not responsible for the performance or replacement of any Hu-Friedy product that has been misused, tampered with, modified, re-tipped, refitted in any manner or is beyond the expected life of the instrument.
