Description

The Colorvue™Oxford Periodontal Probe from Hu-Friedy is designed specifically for dental implant patients, featuring a metal tip with QulixŖ markings on one end and a resin tip on the other end. This double-ended instrument does the job of two probes, thus taking up less space on your tray and allowing for full probing of the entire dentition with a single instrument.

Colorvue tips are multiple use devices. For best results, Colorvue tips should be replaced upon fading of the millimeter markings (approximately 30 uses).

Easy and painless to use on patients for probing and determining attachment levels. The vivid yellow tip with black markings enhances contrast to intra oral structures in both natural and implant dentition. Optimal flexibility & rounded tip provide patient comfort and acceptance. The Metal end features our QulixŖ markings, which will not chip, fade or flake! Each of the resin tips can be sterilized up to 30 times. Fits in the Ergonomic #6 Satin Steel™ handle. The resin tips are safe and gentle to use on all patients, including implants. Each colored tip is also numbered to aid in differentiation between colors.
