Description

Hu-Friedy 清洗监测条用于监测清洗消毒器和超声波清洗机中的清洗过程的效率。
该系统由设备特定监测条和可重复使用的支架组成。监测条包含清洗效果测试指示物，可模拟器械在使用后其上面可能存在的血液和组织。测试条上的清洗效果测试指示物完全被清除表示清洗过程有效。

工作原理：
  • 将一次性清洗监测条插入支架中
  • 将支架放入装置中，使测试条朝上：
    • - 对于超声波清洗机： 放在器械顶部，完全被溶液浸没 - 对于清洗消毒器：放入清洗机架子上的篮子内
  • 运行清洗循环
  • 查看清洗监测系统的结果以确定是否需要对清洗过程进行调整

Features

测试条支架可将清洗监测条固定住，以提供准确的结果。如果是清洗消毒器监测产品，则它会模拟铰接器械并测量水冲击以及去除测试指示物。
