Description
In some surgical sites, such as former extraction sockets, the mucosa is firmly adhering to the bone and thus difficult to elevate. The tissue dissector SPPH2X allows a controlled dissection of the flap from the underlying hard tissue wound bed. With the opposite end of the instrument, the mucosal tissues can be elevated, directed from posterior to anterior with pulling instead of pushing strokes.
