Anne Nugent Guignon, RDH, MPH is internationally recognized for her numerous contributions to dental hygiene over the last four decades. She is a practicing clinician, prolific author with over 500 publications, an experienced researcher and has presented more than 400 programs all over North America on a wide range of subjects including ergonomics, biofilm, power-driven scaling and hypersensitivity.


Anne holds an adjunct faculty position at the University of Texas Dental School, was honored as the 2004 Philips RDH Mentor of the Year, received the 2009 ADHA Colgate Irene Newman Award for professional achievement in advancing the art and science of dental hygiene.
