Dr. Moody Alexander joined the practice in the summer of 1995. After graduating from Arlington High School, he headed to Texas Tech University and earned his Pre-Dental degree. He chose at this point to join the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, an interdenominational Christian ministry. He served with Campus Crusade for three years at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Working with college students, he further developed his relationship building skills and love for people.
Dr. Moody then returned to Texas and received his dental degree (DDS) and orthodontics degree (MS) from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists as well as the Southwestern Society of Orthodontists.
Dr. Moody is also a member of the Texas Orthodontic Study Club. In 2002, he won the prestigious C.T. Rowland Award for outstanding new member. Since that time he has won the Westfall and Shudy awards, given for outstanding clinical works. Most recently Dr. Moody became a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a status attained by only 25% of practicing orthodontics. He is currently a Clinical Professor in the Orthodontic Department of Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas and enjoys lecturing on the Alexander Discipline both nationally and internationally.
